Dynamic Compaction and Rapid Impact Compaction

GAIA and Golder have been involved with ground densification and modification for many years. This includes the use of techniques such as dynamic compaction, rapid impact compaction, vibro-flotation stone columns, rammed aggregate piers, deep soil mixing, compaction grouting, electro-osmosis and preloading.

Using a design-build approach, GAIA offers its clients the opportunity to optimize the use of such techniques for the variety of constraints and geotechnical conditions that may exist at a particular site.
